The strike drone Backfire was created by an unnamed Ukrainian company and is part of the defense cluster Brave1. The drone can operate up to 35 km deep into enemy territory and assists in destroying various enemy targets, from artillery to fortified command posts. It is equipped with a specialized GPS system that is nearly impossible to jam, making it resistant to REB. Additionally, the drone can operate autonomously without ground operator commands.
"Fedrov added, "Currently, Backfire is demonstrating good results on the front lines. Over the last two months, the military has carried out at least 50 successful missions. The developers are collaborating with the combined unit 'Angry Birds' of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are helping to enhance the UAV."
