The purpose of the workshop was to provide participants with the introduction of the concept of air navigation, based on the characteristics of a system. These workshops have been successful in the past, and now they provide the participating countries and the developers of the airspace with practical experience. Luis Fonseca de Almeida - Regional Director of the European and North Atlantic Office of ICAO, Elkhan Nahmadov - Regional Representative of the European and North Atlantic Office of ICAO, prof. Galina Suslova - Director of ICAO, as well as seminar participants visited the National Aviation Museum, and praised the work being done to preserve the history of aviation.
